I returned the 10-10.5 and replaced with 11-11.5. Fits perfect for me, although a tad loose around top of foot. I have foot problems and must wear sturdy and comfortable shoes. It's "comfort", but still feminine.

These were a re-order as my usual size 9 were too big. These are great comfy and classy the silver band on the heel and toe bed make them, that little bit classier. The soft spongy pad at the ball of the foot is also a comfortable bonus. Another good Clarks design.

The shoes are very comfortable to wear and do not hurt your feet. I had to sent the first pair back and get a smaller size. But i am very happy with the second pair, and would recommend them to anyone who has problems with their feet hurting especual in heels.
