FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

The leather is initially very very stiff and does take a bit of wearing in. I found the boots positively uncomfortable at first and they made my blister on two separate area and different feet, something I never ever normally suffer from. I percieveired through the pain barrier and after about 3 weeks the leather had softened up massively and I now wear the boots without issue.
Whilst too early to tell about the long term quality the leather and finish does look good and it should be remembered that these boots are 1/2 the price of the Doc Martins equivalent and 1/3 of the price of the Solovair equivalent so you aren’t paying premium quality prices.
The sole looks a good sturdy sole with good grip the leather certainly looks decent
Quality and the finish looks great so far, so it’s a big thumbs up. The hardest thing for many will be wearing them in enough till the leather softens up a bit but stick with it and you will be rewarded by comfortable stylish footwear at a very competitive price! A quality insole also makes a big difference.
