FREE RETURNS

Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.

At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.

RETURN STEP BY STEP

1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.

2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.

3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.

4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.

5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!

Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!

RETURN POLICY

All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Do I need a Shoes121 account to place an order?
No, you don’t. You can check out as a guest but it’s easy to set up a new account and it means you won’t have to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You can join now by signing up here. All members of our club can enjoy free deliveries, free returns and access to discount codes and secret sales.

How do I place an order?
Shopping with 121shoes could not be easier. You can browse our website at your leisure, looking through the various categories or searching for something more specific. Once you’ve made your selection and decided on the size, click “Add to Basket”. You can then navigate to your shopping cart and follow the simple on-screen instructions to complete your order.

Can I change my order?
If you have placed an order with us and you wish to amend it, contact us at hello@shoes121.co.uk, live chat or on the phone and let us know what changes you would like to make. If we have not yet dispatched your order we will be able to change it for you.

Can I cancel an order?
We may be able to cancel an order if it has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible at hello@shoes121.co.uk, live chat or on the phone. If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you will need to follow our returns procedure, which you can read below.

Can I send my order to different address then my home address?
Yes, you can, simply log in to your account and add additional address which can be used for delivery.

I bought something at full price but soon after they went into sale – can I get the difference refunded?
No. Once an item has been ordered, the price is fixed.

Can I order by telephone?
We are very sorry, but we are currently not offering this as a service. We will be looking to implement this into our service in the near future, so check back here to keep updated.

Will I receive a confirmation email once I have placed my order online?

DELIVERY

How much do you charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery for customers paying up to £60 within the UK and alternative shipping options for our international customers. Contact an advisor today at hello@shoes121.co.uk for more information.

How long will it take before my order is shipped?
If you ordered your parcel before 10 am your parcel will be ship the same day, for items ordered after 10am with standard delivery option we offer next day shipment. If you use next day delivery your item will be dispatched the same day if you will place an order before 2pm.

Can I keep track of where my order is?
Yes, you can track your item on our website or you can go to Royal Mail track my item site and simply paste your tracking number which you can find in shipping confirmation email.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We use a track and signed for service, provided by Royal Mail. Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, your order may be shipped in more than one package.

What happens if I cannot be at home when my parcel is delivered?
Royal Mail couriers will leave you a notification and you can re-arrange your delivery, choose a date of delivery, request a collection from post office (extra charge) or pick up your parcel from nearest Royal Mail Warehouse.

Do You offer next day delivery?
Yes, but it’s only in UK and item has to be order before 2pm.

Where do you ship?
We ship items to UK and Europe countries.

Can I collect my parcel? Yes, you can but we are only offer a collection in Edinburgh.

Can I return my item?
All of the items can be returned in 30 days after order regarding to 121shoes Policy.

How should I send my item back?
Your item has to be returned in original conditions, there cannot be any marks on shoes and box has to be in original condition as well. Inside you parcel you will find a bag which you can use for return and also a return label which you need to place on the parcel, also you can use a Royal Mail website to print your pre-paid label. Please remember that your item has to be in original condition.

Can you refuse a refund?
Yes, we can if returned item is not in original condition or It has been used. We can offer you a part refund in particular situation or we can send back this item to You if we will refuse a part refund as well.

Which courier should I use for return?
Please use a Royal Mail, you can print your return label on Royal Mail website.

Do you offer free returns for European countries?
Unfortunately, not. It’s only for UK customers.

How will I be refunded?
We will refund your money as soon as we will receive ordered item. Your money will be refunded depends of payment which you use to pay for item.

Do I have to pay for return?
No if you are a UK customer, unfortunately we are not providing free returns for European customers.

I have other skid resistant shoes but these are by far my favorite because of the comfort level. I did order a half size larger and they fit perfectly .

    Stylish, comfortable, light, very slip proof, appear to be well made. I immediately took out the included insoles and replaced them with my own from Easy Feet. My insoles fit well, the shoes are crazy comfortable and I love the way they look. Barring any sort of catastrophe, I will definitely be buying another pair when these are done.

    Notably, however, these are not as "wide" as other sketchers shoes I've purchased. If I didn't know any better, they fit just like a regular width shoe. That leads me to believe they're designed pretty narrow;y, so I definitely suggest wide if you think you need it.

    I love love love these shoes for work, so much so that after the first pair wore out after 2 1/2 years I decided to get another pair. It takes a couple days to break into them but, I work 9 hours a day on my feet and they feel awesome now! Highly recommended

    Wore them for a 9 hr shift and let me just say , when I got home and took my shoes off my feet were not hurting at all . They are so very comfortable. I wear an 8 wide . But for some reason had to return the first pair and get a half size smaller, because they were so loose . But the half size smaller did the trick .
    Do yourself a favor and get these shoes .
    I walked 4 1/2 miles at work and my feet feel great .

    I've worked in these for 16 hours so far with no breaks. My feet finally aren't killing me after every shift. I would say you'd have to clean the soles once dirty just to keep the slip resistance. I did order a half size larger than usual because I wear compression socks under my normal socks. The wide width definitely makes a difference as well.

    Great non slips that took no break in period! I serve and am always on my feet and these are perfect, the inside is very cushioning as well. Highly recommend for people who work on their feet and need non slips! For reference I wear 8.5 and sometimes need a wide fit for my bunions depending on the brand but the 8.5 regular from sketchers fit perfectly.

    This is my second pair of these for work. I love that they are slip inside, so I don’t have to touch dirty work shoes. The memory foam is nice, but does lose its cushiness after a while. I will prob continue to buy these for work, they are reasonably priced and last a while considering how many hours I spend on my feet!
