Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

I found them extremely comfortable even after being in them all day. They kept my feet dry and have great traction over uneven surfaces.
They're comfortable, long lasting (from someone who is hard on shoes), light weight, and good looking. Count me in as a pleased customer.
I work in a metal fabrication shop on concrete all day.
These are my third pair.
The memory foam style keeps me comfortable all day long.
The National guidelines recommend replacing your work shoes once a year if you stand on concrete all day.
These aren't heavy for what they are.
You should get that out of these shoes.

They're comfortable, and they are able to be tied to desired tightness and slipped on and off for a while. I know that's not the intended design, but that's how life be sometimes lulz.
The only complaint I have (but still gave 5 stars) - they're so loud! It's usually not a big deal because I stomp around a warehouse all day, or otherwise outside. But when I'm in the office hallways, it's CLOMP CLOMP CLOMP CLOMP all day. I like being in noisy areas but I prefer to be silent, myself. It's ok, I still love these shoes.
These shoes are working very well , giving him the comfort he needs to keep his mind on his job, and not on his aching feet!! No aching feet anymore!! My son says he feels like he’s walking on clouds!!
Finally wore them out! Bought them at a brick and mortar and paid approximately $30 more for them than I did at Amazon this time. I believe that they are well worth the money that I paid even at the B&M.

I find it's very comfortable, cool and I now enjoys walking long distances.
It's style make it versatile to pass as casual and as a dressing shoe.
I don't know how well it will hold up in the rain and snow but right now I heard it's perfect for hot and cold weather conditions.
Just a small discomfort in the toes area because of how my feet are so I'd not blame the shoes. I was able to make adjustments and changed my mind on returning it.

I purchased a new pair recently from the UK, so I selected size 11 US, so I therefore ended up with the correct size 10 UK for me.
Overall, very good walking shoes that are comfortable and durable, as it looks like they have limited availability in the UK.
I've currently got an older pair that have been very good to wear on a daily basis.
I've not had any problems with the soles de-bonding or the fabric uppers, all fine with my pair of walking shoes.
The only issue very recently with my original pair were the outer part of the laces coming apart after continual use, I just bought a new pair of laces from the local camping shop for £2.99p ($3.78), buy one get one free and all good to use again. However, you do get a spare pair of laces in the original box as a replacement, I just liked the original grey and white patterned laces.
I would recommend the terrabite walking shoes as they are very comfortable, durable & waterproof, especially when I went on our camping trips. In the UK it looks like this style is being replaced with new designs, so I assume they won't be available in the future, but the other styles look good too.
I’ve got two pair in service right now and they are size 10.5, however, I had to return this pair to exchange for a 10.5 wide. The size 10.5 wide fit perfectly, the 10’s were snug across the top of my foot.. These shoes are light, yet they feel stable and sturdy. Very comfortable to walk and hike in.
This is the first time I’ve purchased shoes online, and I must say I was very apprehensive, but Amazon made it so easy, I won’t hesitate again. The shoes arrived quickly to begin with, but when I decided to exchange them, I figured it would take forever to return, and wait.. But NO, the replacement shoes were sent immediately, even before I returned the first pair ! And there is a very generous amount of time to return the first pair..
