Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.

1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Comfortable, lightweight, and easy to put on
I have a wide foot, and these extra wide shoes are right on and feel awesome. I can't say enough about how much I love these shoes. Earlier this year I bought a pair of Under Armor Charged Assert 9, and these Sketchers are easily as comfortable as those, except have the added benefit of being a slip on. I think these shoes look great too.
The one downside is that because they are so soft, they probably don't offer enough support for running or working out. They are just fine for a brisk walk around the neighborhood, but I would probably switch to a dedicated athletic shoe for anything more than that.
Highly recommended, and would buy again.
P.S. For those of you with wide feet, do make sure you get the extra wide shoes even though they are harder to find. It really does make a difference here. It takes a good shoe and makes it great.
My darling hubby, in all his wise and aging glory, genuinely believed he was scoring the ultimate fashion statement with these shoes. The hippest purchase of the century, he proclaimed! Oh, the irony. The moment he paraded into the living room with those Taupe-colored wonders, I had to bite my lip to stifle the guffaw threatening to burst out.
Now, picture this: I casually looked at him and quipped, "I bet you can outrun Usain Bolt in those babies, right?" Well, he took off like a rocket, only to pull a calf muscle faster than you can say "dad bod." And of course, I'm sitting here blaming myself for instigating the impromptu sprint – never mind that I blamed the shoe.
But here's the kicker: these shoes exude such a strong "get off my lawn" aura that even our neighbor Butch and his traditional white and blue New Balance dad shoes look somewhat threatened. There's an unspoken rivalry brewing, folks.
As for those newfangled gadgets, oh, don't get me started. I half expect my dear hubby to start shaking his fist at the neighborhood kids while clutching his trusty Skechers. But let's give credit where it's due – these shoes have the power of "performance walking." And I'm pretty sure that means strutting to the mailbox with a grandeur reserved only for the greatest of walkers.
But in all seriousness, these Skechers Gowalk 6 shoes have brought a delightful dose of laughter into our lives. They're a daily reminder that we might not be spring chickens anymore, but we're not short on humor – or comfort, for that matter. So here's to you, oh "groovy" shoes.
