Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.

1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Verarbeitung und Haltbarkeit sehr gut...habe sie nach einigen Jahren Gebrauch zu Arbeitsschuhen (im Garten usw.) degradiert und die sind noch immer nicht gerissen.
Queste Sneaker sono fatte con materiale Goretex quindi assicurano impermeabilità anche in caso di pioggia.
La suola pur essendo abbastanza alta è molto flessibile e comoda. Pensavo fosse scivolosa essendo molto liscia, invece assicura perfetta tenuta anche su superficie bagnate.
C'è solo da testa la durata nel tempo, nel complesso per ora un ottimo acquisto.
Nicht so in diesem Fall. Ich kaufte sie eigentlich nur online weil sie auf Black friday von 145 Euro auf 89 Euro heruntergetzt wurden und man auch mit 5x Ratenzahlung bezahlen konnte was ich auch in Anspruch nahm. ( Normalerweise kaufe ich keine so teuere Schuhe).
Aber es hat sich wirklich gelohnt. Gestern angekommen, sie sind wirklich schön in Braun ( ich mag keine weissen Sohlen) passen genau ( Schuhgrösse 41 zu meiner Fussgrösse 41). Also bis jetzt alles Top. ich hoffe sie halten lange und bleiben weiterhin so schön.

I'm expecting 3 - 4 years from Ecco shoes in rotation so hopefully the construction is solid can't yet say.
Not sure if I like the white pair or the black pair more. That's a good thing!
They look beautiful. Ordered these a size down. Normally im a 10.5 (Ecco 44) and the 9-9.5 fit is perfect. White at least is a Better leather (softer) and better construction (full leather lined) than the the street tray classic (black) which I like imo. Same fit. Lately Ecco has been oversizing their shoes. All soft leather lining including interior leather I think. . Wearing without socks right out of the box! According to Ecco site all leather. Oddly I haven't found tag or stamp declaring the materials used. Looks all leather, I never remember shoes that didnt state material content somewhere. Odd. I'm guessing probably an oversight.
