We offer next day delivery if you order your item before 1pm Monday-Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that items ordered on Friday will arrive on Saturday, and this offer excludes Bank Holidays.

We can guarantee that 99% of our parcels will be with our customers by the next day when the option ‘next day delivery’ is chosen.

We offer a free collection service from our store in Cameron Toll, Edinburgh. Simply select this option when checking out!
RETURNS
FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.
