FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

How much do you charge for delivery? We offer free delivery for customers paying up to £60 within the UK and alternative shipping options for our international customers. The boot may be pricey for some, but to me it's worth it.
This pair of boots is perfect for me. The size I picked matched my actual size just fine. Their comfort, stability and durability made a dramatic difference to my hiking experience. I highly recommend these boots and I am very happy with my purchase.
I finally wore the last pair out after years of hard service.

But all in all they are wonderful or I would not have been wearing them for this many years...

spare pair. Expensive, yes--but well worth the price. Very well made--they last for a long time.
Why spend money on anything made in china when we have better options available to us?
Comfort wise, Ecco shoes seem to design from a 3D foot model outward. Some shoes make a flat sole and add padding, that’s not the Ecco way. Take a wax imprint of a foot and mold the sole from there. I add gel inserts for next level comfort.
The leather appears to be “water buffalo”, just tends to wear better than cowhide. I may be mistaken, but that is my impression. Out of the box comfort.
Lightweight and not a winter boot. I live in a high plains desert so this is a year around boot. Water proof with GoreTex for snow. Not too hot for summers.
Buyer beware of the "two-tone" Bison leather. The picture is not what comes in the box. This happened two times in a row. I sent back the 2nd pair.
edit: June 20, 2018. After about three months of ownership I still give these boots 5 stars because of the price, but they are not the same quality as the Track II boots. The leather, finish anyway, is not the same quality, there is about 1 less stitch per inch, the laces are not as durable. I see no difference in the quality of the soles, insoles, fit, and comfort, so still a great boot, but there is a reason why they are priced less than the Track II's.
edit: Jan. 17, 2019 When I bought these in Mar. 2017 they were $120 for the blue and $126 for the buckskin color size 45. Did they go up because they're in season now? Anyway the price is pushing Track II territory now.
