FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Tyvärr verkar denna modell vara på väg bort.
Har även köpt ett par Terracruise II (nyare modell alltså) men de var mer som många andra skor, stelare, klumpigare, mindre följsamma, varmare, osv.
M.E. fallen diese Ecco Schuhe etwas kleiner aus.
Ich habe mir auch das gleiche Goretex Modell für den Herbst / Frühling gekauft.
Sehr guter Tragekomfort und schön
Die Farbe rosa gefällt mir sehr gut. Der Preis ist o.k. , die Lieferung war superschnell.
So lange hat mich dieser Schuh begleitet. Er ist nahezu unverwüstlich gewesen. Trotz sehr häufigen Tragens haben sich erst nach 5 Jahren erste Risse im Flechtwerk an der typischen Knickstelle am Vorderfuß gezeigt.
Jetzt wäre der Schuh noch immer tragbar, allerdings geht mir die fehlerlose Optik vor.
Einmal nur mußte ich die Gummibänder durch chinesische noname Bänder tauschen.
Der Schuh war und ist unglaublich bequem und formstabil. Einzig bei Regen würde ich ihn nicht empfehlen - allerdings ist das schon vorab deutlich ersichtlich, weil er ja aus Flechtwerk besteht.
In Summe großartig - ich habe mir zwei neue Paare zugelegt.
Non la chiamerei da trekking perché la suola non assicura il confort che serve per camminare ai terreni come quelli dei sentieri da escursionismo.
