Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Er ist mega bequem und hat eine schöne Weite, zudem ist er Dank Mesh - Materialien sehr atmungsaktiv und man schwitzt nicht in dem Schuh. Ein sehr guter Sommerschuh, der nicht wasserdicht ist, ich habe ihn aber auch für den Winter mit Goretex und wasserdicht, da ist er allerdings nicht so luftig und leicht.
Das Schönste ist aber die Schnürung und der Verschluss, der geht zwar nach einigen Jahren als erstes kaputt, aber ich liebe die Gummibänder, die man nie verändern muss. Der Schuh hält wirklich ausgesprochen lange und ich habe ihn sogar schon bei sehr starker Verschmutzung in die Waschmaschine gesteckt, er kam raus wie Neu. Nachahmung wird allerdings nicht empfohlen.
Ich wollte denn Terracruise gerne in Blau, allerdings gibt es da kein Frauenmodell und ich habe mir den Schuh in Größe 39, mit Skepsis, als Herrenmodell bestellt.
Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass er etwas weiter ist und habe die Breite an mehreren Stellen nachgemessen, es gibt aber keinen Unterschied zu meinen bisherigen Damenmodellen.
Die Sohle lässt sich sehr leicht entfernen und bei Bedarf durch Einlagen ersetzen.
Gerne empfehle ich diesen Schuh weiter. Ich liebe ihn und es ist mein bequemster Sportschuh, den ich mittlerweile schon über 10 Jahren trage.

With regard to sizing, many Ecco shoes come 1/2 a UK size on the large size, however these are a perfect size 10/44 fit.
actual size is tad smaller than formal ecco shoes I have. ok to wear, but this was a surprise.
Das erste Paar in schwarz war nach einem Jahr hinüber, da war die Sohle
in der Mitte gebrochen. Das zweite Paar in blau, sehr chic, fing nach
einigen Monaten an übel zu riechen. Das haben wir dann mit Schuhdeo
übertünscht. Jetzt nach gut eineinhalb Jahren war es wieder höchste Zeit
für neue Goretex Schuhe. Mein Sohn trägt diese nur im Herbst und auch
im Winter, bei Schmuddelwetter halt. Ich habe mich wieder für dieses
Modell entschieden, da es einfach die Besten sind. Bequem, Größe und
Passform passen. Und was wichtig ist, der Fuß hat einen guten Halt darin,
besonders die Ferse. Was bei den neueren Modellen von Ecco nicht so zu
sein mag. Habe natürlich vorher verglichen und auch viele Bewertungen
gelesen. Bin mal gespannt, ob die Schuhe nach ein paar Monaten Tragezeit
auch wieder anfangen übel zu riechen!
