FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

Only downside is opening the laces to get them on - but this is to be expected with lace up boots.
The toe box is relatively small and I find it's rather shallow vertically so my toes are touching the leather on top of them, which isn't ideal. I bought on a major deal at around £35 but if they were much more than this the fit issue with the toe box would be more of a problem. As it stands, the soles are comfortable enough and they look really good so I'm happy with them.

On the plus size: trendy, easy to put on, very comfortable sole pleasure to walk in.
On the minus side: thin leather, November cold air gets through as if I was bare feet, too cold for winter.
I’m size 2-2.5, this are definitely 2.5 not 2.5- 3 as stated, not suitable for wide feet - I have averaged width and arch, this shoes barely fit, even a touch too narrow.
I was lucky to snatch them for a bargain price but would not pay full price. My ecco from 7 years ago can still be warn but I’m not expecting this ones to last over a year

ECCO are one of my absolute favorite brands for comfort.
These fit as stated & are True to size,
I paid around £33 due to a brief price drop! Lucky me 😉
After having these sneakers for a month, problems arise. They are still gorgeous but both of them are starting to fall apart, which is very surprising because Ecco is known for its good quality... I asked Amazon to get them changed, which they had no problem... hopefully old pair was once off faulty and new ones are like most Ecco shoes, lasting forever....
I tried them in the Ecco shop. My size is usually 6 (39 EU) but they were a bit tight so I tried the size 7 which fitted better. Since they don't have half sizes in the shop, I couldn't try the size 6.5.
I loved them but £125 was over my psychologic price so thought I will check on Amazon and found them the same day at £78.30!
I ordered them straightaway size 6.5 (40 EU) with free standard delivery.
I received them 3 days after (as usual fantastic service from Amazon!) and they fit me perfectly :-)
To be honest, I don't see any difference with the size 7 I have tried in the shop.
So if you want a great and confortable pair of shoes, just don't hesitate, theyare worth every penny!
