Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.

3. Enter โShoes 121โ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office isย here.
5.ย We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received.ย Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We canโt process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

I wear a size 10 -- which fit perfectly.
Now, I want something just as comfortable as this but for cold, rainy weather.
One point I would like to make...you can take some of the scuffing off with a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. Also, it's not necessary to wash them if they get a bit stinky (which they will if you wear them virtually every day for 9 months, like me). A doctor once told me that sunlight is the best disinfectant. So I sprinkle some baking soda on them and set them in the sun for a while. It's like there was never an odor.
I had the benefit of having purchased them in person, so I knew what size to order. I wear a size 9 (US) and the size 39 (EU) is a perfect fit. My mother is an 8-1/2 and wears a 38. The size chart can be a little deceiving. If you use our size fittings as a baseline, it might help you order an appropriate one. These are expensive sandals. I thought I would pay considerably more in the store than I would here. The difference actually wasn't that great. My suggestion would be to try a retail store first, if for nothing else to get the proper fit. Most stores will let you return them if they haven't been worn outside so you can try them out in the house for a while to see if there are any spots that rub uncomfortably. I have found that they can have slight differences, for example I once bought a pair with one back strap that rested lower on the back of my foot than I would have liked. I live where there are basically two seasons: summer and about 2-1/2 months of winter. ECCO is my go-to footwear.
