FREE RETURNS
Returning online orders is easy and FREE for UK customers. We offer all of our customers 365 days to refund or exchange an item.
At this time we do not offer international customers this service, however this is something we are looking to offer in the near future.
RETURN STEP BY STEP
1. We are sorry you don’t wish to keep your new purchase! Ensure that the item is suitable for return by checking out our return policy at the bottom of this page.
2. To begin your return, simply head to the Royal Mail returns website, by clicking here.
3. Enter ‘Shoes 121’ on this return page. After this you will need to enter your details in order to receive a returns label, including your email address.
4. Once you have received your return label via email, you can either print it out or simply show the QR code to your local post office or your courier when you give them the parcel for return. You can find out where your nearest Post Office is here.
5. We will send you an email (only if you allowed us to) to keep you up to date on your item once it has been posted back to us. We will process your refund or exchange within 14 working days of receiving your return!
Note: You may also wish to book a parcel collection on the Royal Mail website in order to return your parcel to us!
RETURN POLICY
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Your item must be unopened; include the original product packaging and original tags; and must not be worn, altered, or washed. We can’t process a refund, replacement or exchange if your item is unable to be resold.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund if shoes or shoes box will not be in original condition.

How much do you charge for delivery? We offer free delivery for customers paying up to £60 within the UK and alternative shipping options for our international customers. Lovely quality

I've had mine a year - well used but still in good condition.
Have been looking for this kind of boot for ages, these fit perfectly and were really comfortable to wear
The boots are very sturdy and comfortable, and very handsome to boot (pun intended). The leather isn't too soft that it all creases as all over, nor is it too hard to cause discomfort. My ankle feels very well supported and the rubber outsole is rugged.
I particularly like how the toe and heel have been dyed a very dark brown. They go well with a number of outfits and situations. Finally, the insole is cushioned a little for extra comfort which is a nice touch.
Would buy from this vendor again.

Leather is supple but strong.

Very lightweight, comfortable, and fits. I always wear 10.5 and this fits me well.
The liner inside the shoe doesn't affect the size.
They are a good looking well made boot and I would recommend them.
Limed and very warm I’m a UK 10 and with it being fluff lined inside I was wary but ordered a 10 regardless and fit a treat, sturdy and no water leakage yet :)
He wore them all day for work after only a day and still said they were comfortable after 14 hours- brilliant!
I'm on my second pair, brown and black, both have lasted well and feel very comfortable with their plush lining.

One thing I like is their flexibilty - I could wear these for a business meeting, but then take them for a light hike.
Another nice touch was that Clarkes sent me some laces when I couldn't source exact replacements.

CAUTION: Fur lined - you wouldn't be able to use this pair in summers.
They are of excellent quality and have a nice furry interior for warmth during the winter. There are very fashionable and usable which is unusual.
Please note: with clarks you have to go a half size down otherwise they will be too big. Don't know why this is.
These ones meet my criteria. They are very comfortable. I can walk all around London without any problem or pain in my feet. They maintain the feet dry, there is probably some kind of ventilation system, at the end of the day my feet are dry and they do not smell bad.
The style is elegantly British, the quality of the leather is superior. Definitely the best shoes I bought so far. Highly recommended.
