How do I place an order?

Shopping with 121Shoes is simple and effortless! Just follow these easy steps:

How do I change my order?

If you need to change your size, shipping address, or items, please reach out via our Contact Us page or send an email directly to hello@shoes121.co.uk as soon as possible.

  • 📨 Before Shipping: As long as your order hasn’t been shipped out from our warehouse, we will be more than happy to modify the details for you manually. Please remember to include your Order Number so we can rush the update.
  • 📦 After Shipping: If your package has already left our warehouse, we won't be able to make any changes. Don't worry, though—you can easily exchange your items using our FREE returns policy once your shoes arrive!

How do I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No problem! If you need to cancel your order, please contact our support team right away through our Contact Us page or by emailing hello@shoes121.co.uk.

  • How to Cancel: Simply message or email us with your Order Number (e.g., #12345). If the order is still processing and hasn't been handed over to the courier, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund.
  • 🚚 If It’s Already Gone: If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot cancel it in transit. However, you can either reject the parcel upon delivery or use our FREE pre-paid return label to send it back for a full refund.

Can I send my order to an address that is not my home address?

Yes, you can! Simply log in to your account and add an additional delivery address.

I bought something at full price, but now it's on sale. Can I get a refund for the difference?

We completely understand how frustrating it is to miss out on a promotion! However, once an order is placed, the purchase price remains fixed, and we are unable to retroactively offer a partial refund for the price difference.

Can I order via telephone?

We are currently not offering telephone ordering as a service. We will be looking to implement this into our service in the near future, so check back here to keep updated.

Will I receive a notification after placing my order?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is successfully placed, an automatic Order Confirmation email containing your order summary and unique order number will be sent straight to your inbox.

Once our warehouse team dispatches your package, you will receive a second email with a tracking link so you can follow your shoes' journey.

Delivery

How much do you charge for delivery & how long does it take?

We offer a range of fast and reliable shipping options across the UK, including multiple FREE shipping tiers depending on your order value:

  • 🇬🇧 Standard UK Delivery (FREE over £50): Arrives in 2-3 working days. For orders under £50, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
  • Next-Day Delivery (FREE over £100): Order before 1 PM (Monday-Friday) to get your items the very next day! Please note: Orders placed after 1 PM will be postponed by one day. Saturday delivery is not 100% guaranteed, and Bank Holidays are excluded.
  • 🏰 Edinburgh Same-Day Delivery (FREE over £500): Exclusive for our Edinburgh City customers! Order before 12 PM (noon) Monday-Friday for same-day arrival. If placed after noon (Monday-Thursday), it will arrive the next day. (Excludes weekends & Bank Holidays).
  • 🛍️ Free Store Collection: Local to Edinburgh? Choose In-Store Collection at checkout to pick up your shoes for FREE from our store!
  • International Shipping: Currently, we are unable to ship internationally, but we hope to offer this in the future!

Who will deliver my parcel?

To ensure your shoes arrive safely and securely, all our UK orders are shipped using the premium Tracked & Signed-for service provided by Royal Mail.

  • 🗺️ Full Tracking: Once your parcel is scanned and shipped, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its journey step-by-step.
  • ✍️ Signature Required: Since this is a signed-for service, please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive and sign for the package.
  • 💡 Multiple Items Note: If you purchased multiple items, they may occasionally be shipped from different parts of our warehouse in separate packages. Don't worry if they don't arrive at the exact same time—you can track each parcel individually!

Can I keep track of where my order is?

Absolutely! We provide full tracking for every order so you can watch your shoes make their way to your door. You can track your parcel using either of the following methods:

  • 🌐 Method 1: On Our Website: Enter your email address and tracking details directly on our Order Tracking.
  • 🇬🇧 Method 2: Via Royal Mail: Copy your tracking number and paste it directly into the Royal Mail Parcel Tracking Service.
  • 📩 Where is my tracking number? You can find your unique tracking number and tracking link inside your Shipping Confirmation email, which is automatically sent to you the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

What happens if I am not at home when my parcel is delivered?

Don't worry! If you miss the courier, Royal Mail has established a secure process to ensure you still get your shoes easily:

  • 📭 "Something for You" Card: The postperson will leave a red "Something for You" card through your letterbox letting you know they called.
  • 🔄 Automatic Next-Day Re-attempt: In most cases, Royal Mail will automatically try to redeliver your parcel on the next working day.
  • 🛠️ Your Options: If you prefer to manage it yourself, you can use the details on the red card or your tracking link to re-arrange a specific redelivery date (for free), nominate a safe place or a preferred neighbor, or request a collection from your local Post Office or nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point (Delivery Office).

Does 121Shoes offer next-day delivery?

Yes we do! We are delighted to present our UK customers with the option of next-day delivery when you make your purchase with us before 1 pm from Monday to Thursday.This offer is currently only extended to UK residents.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend ordering the two closest matches and returning the one that doesn’t fit.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via help@yourstorename.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return note by email. You need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $10, $20 or $50.
